Prior to joining MPO, Yves worked at Plan B Wealth Management, a Perth-based, ASX-listed wealth management company. There, he gained invaluable experience in managing the financial affairs of medical professionals, executives and business owners.

Yves is passionate about building long-term relationships with his clients and finds it rewarding to help them achieve their goals. He prides himself on his strong technical background and is committed to continuously increasing his knowledge for the benefit of his clients.

AFR Smart Investor Masterclass For Financial Planning recognised Yves for being in the ‘Top 10 Financial Advisers' in 2010 and again in 2012. In 2008, Yves had the outstanding achievement of receiving the National Dux award for his FINSIA studies in Financial Planning.

Yves has been working in the financial services industry for over 10 years, including in funds management in Belgium and Ireland. Outside the office he enjoys swimming and loves spending time with his family.

Gino Terriaca

Director

Gino has had over 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant in public practice. During this time he has gained broad base experience across a diverse range of clients.

His underlying business philosophy has been to use his skills and experience to assist his clients achieve financial security and maximise their potential. He identified early in his career the need to integrate traditional Chartered Accounting services with strategic financial advice to provide a holistic comprehensive solution for clients.

Combining this approach with his core value of integrity and an uncompromising commitment to acting in the best interests of his clients, has been the cornerstone of his business success.

Under his guidance as Director, Maxim Group has gained a reputation of consistently delivering quality advice and the highest level of professional, personal service. Maxim group now employs 30 staff and services a wide range of business and individual clients from Public Listed Companies and high profile/prominent large privately owned groups, to start up SME businesses and young executives starting their careers.

Gino is married with 3 children and he enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys Road bike riding and coaching children’s Soccer & Cricket Teams.

Mark Lester

Director

Mark has extensive experience in audit, taxation and business services.

He has been involved in the audit of corporations in Australia and USA, encompassing industries such as mineral exploration, finance, manufacturing, retailing, oil and gas, construction and transportation.

In addition Mark has experience at a senior level in commerce as a Financial Controller for a diversified Australian based manufacturing group.

As a Director of Maxim Group Mark is responsible for the audit of public companies, significant private entities, and a range of trust entities and not for profit entities.

Mark also provides general advice on business establishment and development, including facilitating introductions and smoothing the way for new initiatives.
